- to discuss the practical challenges in promoting sustainability solutions; and
- to find ways and means of striking a balance between profitability, governance and sustainability.
The following are suggestive themes and prospective authors can highlight other themes within the scope of the broad theme of the conference:

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted based on their theoretical and/or practical contributions using rigorous research approach.

BEST PAPER AWARD & PUBLICATION
Best Paper Award will be presented by International Journal Of Emerging Markets (IJoEM) by Emerald Publishing. IJoEM will fast track review of best papers and consider accepted Papers for publication.
Edited Book: Papers or abstracts after review will be published by Emerald.
The extended abstract should be, at least, 500 words but not more than 750 words. This limit must be followed for the extended abstract to be considered. It must include: C. Short summary of literature review that supports B above.
A. Title befitting the conference objectives.
B. Theoretical or empirical justification for the paper.
D. Brief summary of data and methodology with justification of its appropriateness.
E. Main findings and their theoretical or practical relevance.

FULL PAPER MANUSCRIPT FORMAT
* Paper title
* Names of authors
* Affiliation and addresses and email of all authors
* Abstract (about 250 words)
* Keywords (alphabetical order, not more than five)
* Introduction (without sub-headings)
* Literature Review
* Research objectives, approach, sample and data
* Findings and conclusions
* References (complete information in APA format)
* Acknowledgements (if any, at the end of the manuscript)
Please submit an original editable .doc/.docx file. Use 10 point Times New Roman fonts, keeping line space of 1.5. All figures and tables, etc., should be numerically numbered, captioned (captions not to be attached to tables/figures) and embedded into the original file. The length of paper should not exceed 7500 words including abstract, key words, references etc. The submitted papers should be unpublished and original and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors must email extended abstract as .doc/.docx file at firstname.lastname@example.org along with submission form.
Plagiarism is not uncommon. Internet plagiarism is easy since a lot of material is available on Internet. Please make sure that your paper is not plagiarised. All papers submitted to the Conference will go through plagiarism check.
You will receive the admission decision or paper/abstract acceptance within 15 days (in most cases), after your abstract/paper has been received.
