Course Curriculum Review Meeting 2023
DSB organized a curriculum review meeting from 3rd May to 5th May, inviting industry leaders and academics for refinement. We hosted specialized sessions for HR, Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, and International Business. This event fostered knowledge exchange, collaboration, and improvement. Industry experts and faculty engaged in enlightening discussions, ensuring our curriculum aligns with current trends. The HR session covered human resource management, marketing delved into strategies and research, business analytics focused on data-driven insights, finance explored investment and risk management, and international business examined global markets. This annual gathering enhances our curriculum, providing students with a cutting-edge education.
DSB is committed to providing an updated and industry-relevant education to its students. During the 3-day rigorous exercise, courses were reviewed with expert inputs from all functional areas.
Business Analytics
On 3rd May, Courses on Analytics and Operations were presented and discussed by DSB faculty members with industry experts, including Mr Vivek Khattar, Senior Consultant and Project Mentor from Pruvisor Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and Prof. Reji Matthew. A few innovative courses on AI, ML and IoT were designed with expert insights.
Marketing
On 4th May, In the first session, courses on Marketing were presented and discussed by DSB faculty members with industry experts, including Mr. Alok Sharma, Business Head, Mr Venkateshwaran, Head of Sales, and Prof Jayanta Chakraborti from Symbiosis Skills and Professional University Pune.
Finance
On 4th May, In the second session, courses on Finance were presented and discussed by DSB faculty members with industry experts, including Mr. Anadhi Goel, Finance Manager, Mr. Vikas Arora, EVP & Business Finance Head, and Prof CB Gupta from Delhi University.
International Business
On 5th May, In the first session, courses on International Business were presented and discussed by DSB faculty members with industry experts, including Mr Praduman Gupta, Country Head and Mr Nishant Bhaskar, Associate Director.
Human Resource Management
On 5th May, In the second session, courses on Human Resource Management were presented and discussed by DSB faculty members with industry experts, including Dr Amit Pareenja, Director Global Learning & Development, Mr Chirag Aneja, Head HR, and Prof GG Dwivedi from School of Universal Leadership & Strategy.
