Dr. Bishnu Prasad Dash is an Assistant Professor in Operations and Analytics at Delhi School of Business, New Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi and a B.Tech. in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (formerly NIFFT), Ranchi.

With professional experience spanning academia and industry, Dr. Dash brings a practical perspective to his teaching and research. His research interests include Operations Management, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Risk Modelling, Additive Manufacturing, Supply Chain Resilience, and Smart Manufacturing Technologies. His scholarly work has been published in reputed international journals, including the International Journal of Production Research (IJPR) and The TQM Journal.

His academic interests focus on applying quantitative and analytical approaches to contemporary operational and supply chain challenges, with an emphasis on developing practical insights for managerial decision-making. He is also interested in experiential learning and innovative pedagogical approaches that connect theoretical concepts with real-world business problems.

Beyond academics, Dr. Dash is an avid football enthusiast and enjoys playing the sport. He also enjoys travelling to the mountains, particularly for the opportunity to explore and experience their natural landscapes.
