“Fynamics”- The Finance and Economics club of Delhi School of Business aims to bridge the gap between the industry’s expectations and the student’s knowledge base. The objective of the club is to develop the conceptual understanding of Finance in the real world and provide detailed explanation of how finance is changing in the current times, through weekly discussions on the current economic trends, research topics and organizing debates. The core activities of the club are to organize various workshops like financial modeling, technical analysis and many more. The club also releases a term-wise magazine which is a collection of all the news discussed in that term, various articles, riddles and some detailed financial analysis of companies.

Fun Beyond Finance-Inter College Event
Fynamics – finance club of DSB organised its first inter college event for this academic year on Oct 27- 28, 2021. We received an overwhelming response with 143 registrations from PAN India institutions. Winner – Team Fury (Department of Business Economics – DU), 1st Runner up – Team bullseye – (Delhi School of Business – VIPSTC), 2nd Runner up – Double Dhamaal – NMIMS Mumbai.

Stock Simulation Games-Inter College Event
SAC organised the first inter-college event of the academic year 2021-22 ‘Fun Beyond Finance’ a stock simulation game which was coordinated and executed by Fynamics – The Finance club of DSB on October 28, 2021. Top 5 teams were taken to round 3 where the teams showed their Finance acumen in seconds. Top 3 teams with highest scores of Round 3 were declared the winners of the event.

The Fin Cahoots -Inter College Event
SAC organized the first inter college competition of “Fynamics”- The Finance Club of DSB, “The Fin Cahoots- A Deal Breaking Event” on 23rd February 2021 at 1:30pm, on Zoom platform. The event received registrations from 56 teams having 2-3 members in each. The final round participants were from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM)- Pune, IIM- Kashipur, BIMT- Pune, IIM- Sambalpur, NIBM- Pune, IIM- Ranchi and host institute DSB VIPSTC. “The Fin Cahoots” was focused on making its participants experience the surroundings of companies undergoing Merger and Acquisition in real life. The elimination round was held on February 19, 2021.

Stock Hustler-Inter College Event
The Finance Club conducted its first event – `Stock Hustler’ on September 11,2020. The event had two levels, the first one being an elimination level. The participation involved individual entries or a team of two members. The first level was a finance quiz and the top 11 teams were taken forward to the second level i.e. the ‘Mock trading’. This level had 6 rounds which involved the trading of 5 financial stocks that were given to the participants with continuous flashing of news alongside. The winners were decided based on the final profit and loss of the trading done. The event witnessed active participation especially from the first-year students with a total of 37 participants (including teams and individuals). The event aimed at enhancing the financial knowledge and to give an idea about how actual trading happens at the stock market.

Fin-O-Pedia
Fin-O-Pedia, a quiz on Finance and Economics was organised by Fynamics-Finance Club of Delhi School of Business on 24th February,2020. There were 4 teams with 3 members each. First Position-Vipul Garg, Second Position- Sachin Kumar, Third Position- Varun Jain of first year were winners of the quiz. Runners up -Siddharth Gupta(first Year) Mehak Kakrania(II Year), Ritesh Aggarwal(II Year) were runners-up.
