Management Development Programs (MDP) 2023-24
Prof. (Dr.) Rattan Sharma led a specialized MDP session for non-finance executives of Tata Power – DDL on 14th September, 2023. Organized by the Delhi School of Business, 60 senior managers and executives attended the training session. The session, designed according to their expertise, grew perspectives and offered groundbreaking insights. With the guiding hand of Prof. (Dr.) Rattan Sharma, our renowned Professor Emeritus at DSB, the session marked a transformative day in their professional advancement.
Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma empowered Tata Power DDL managers with a transformative session on ‘Women in Leadership League’ on August 25, 2023. Organised by Delhi School of Business, the training was a blend of learning about the essence of leadership, EQ enhancement strategies, team motivation and effective feedback. With self-evaluation programs, role plays, team activities, and reflection exercises the program made it a day to remember.
Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma delivered a one day training to the managers of Tata Power DDL on the topic “Women in Leadership League” held on July 21, 2023. The training was organized by Delhi School of Business, VIPS-TC. During this engaging session, the participants learnt essence of leadership, importance of effective listening and providing constructive feedback, strategies to improve EQ and team motivation. The training was a mix of self evaluation activities, role plays and team building exercises.
Prof. Shoma Mukherji led a specialized MDP session on 17th August 2023 for Tata Power officials, illuminating the concept of ‘Communicating for Impact’.

During this engaging session held on July 11, 2023, the participants delved into the intricacies of effective communication, fostering strong relationships, and the art of effective rapport building.
