Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma delivered a Management Development Program (MDP) Demo Session on Leadership for the officials of Tata Power on 11th May 2023. The demo training session included several self-evaluation activities in role plays to understand leadership traits and acquired leadership competencies.
Prof. Ashok Bhattacharya delivered a Management Development Program on INSPIRE- Customer Focus for the officials of BHEL on 15th May 2023.
Prof. (Dr.) Shoma Mukherji delivered a Management Development Program (MDP) Session on Time Management for the officials of Shoppers Stop on 6th April 2023.
Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma delivered a training session on ” HR & Employee Value Proposition” to the Chief Engineers of MES, Ministry of Defense, Government of India on April 13, 2023.
Prof. Neerja Arora and Prof. Ruchika Sharma were invited by TRV Sports Shoes to offer their consultancy services from March 10, 2023 for a period of four months. The consultancy project was: “Study of the Competitiveness and Pricing Strategy of TRV Sports Shoes”. The objective of the consulting project was to study the competitiveness and pricing strategy of the Sports Shoes category. TRV Sports Shoes Ltd began as a small-scale family enterprise in New Delhi in 1985 and has three generations of family members managing the business. The company operates from two manufacturing locations at Mangolpuri, Delhi and Bahadurgarh, Haryana. They have around 1000 different varieties of shoes and a manufacturing capacity of 80,000 pairs of shoes per day. With a skilled labour force of 5000 across the two locations, the company operates in six categories- Sports Shoes, School shoes, flip-flops, PVC footwear, EVA Chappals and casual footwear. The company currently operates in the retail and wholesale space and are also OEM suppliers

Prof. Ashok Bhattacharya and Prof. Anuradha Jain were invited by TRV Sports Shoes to offer their consultancy services from December 12, 2022 for a period of four months. The consultancy project was: “Development Skills and Traits of the Middle Management in TRV Sports Shoes Ltd.” and the core objective of this project was to identify the gaps in the key skills required for a leader and to build on their soft skills.
