EKAY is the HR club of Delhi School of Business. Its aim is to team up the students who are interested in the domain of human resource management and wish to develop and grow their skills. Club helps them in attaining interpersonal skills required in the corporate field of HRM. Club also helps the students to boost their talent and skills in HR with team spirit and motivation.

‘HR ACERS’ An Inter College Event
SAC organised an inter-college event ‘HR Acers’ which was coordinated and executed by Ekay – the HR Club of DSB on March 24th, 2022. PAN India teams from institutions like MET College, IGNOU, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, host institute DSB and many more participated in the event.

‘Hello HR’ An Inter College Event
SAC organized ‘Hello HR’, an Intra-college event on December 16, 2021. The event was coordinated by ‘Ekay’ the HR Club of DSB. A total of 13 teams having 2 members each participated in the event. The event consisted of 2 rounds. Round 1 was the quiz round. The 7-minute quiz had 25 questions related to OB and HR and current news. Top 6 teams made it to the final round. A case study was given in the final round and each team was given 20 minutes to prepare the role play. The role play was judged by Prof. Ashok Bhattacharya.

Teacher’s Day
The club also celebrated ‘Teacher’s Day’ 3 rd September 2021. Students showed their respect and admiration for their teachers by penning down words of appreciation for each faculty and what makes them unique.

EKAY – the HR club of Delhi School of Business, organized an event on the occasion of International Yoga Day where it invited the students, faculty and staff to share their yoga activities on this day through an online invitation.

You and HR
Fynamics – finance club of DSB organised its first inter college event for this academic year on Oct 27- 28, 2021. We received an overwhelming response with 143 registrations from PAN India institutions. Winner – Team Fury (Department of Business Economics – DU) 1st Runner up – Team bullseye – (Delhi School of Business – VIPSTC) 2nd Runner up – Double Dhamaal – NMIMS Mumbai.

Building the Future with the Alumnus
The HR club of Delhi School of Business organized an interactive session ‘Building the future’ with the alumnus on August 18, 2020, to enrich the students of current batches with corporate insights and help them prepare for what lies ahead for them, in various industries. The invited alumnus included Monal Nagpal (Batch: 2014-2016) and Joywant Bhatiya (Batch: 2015- 2017). Monal Nagpal, after having completed her PGDM in the fields of HR and Marketing, Monal has an experience of working with Concentrix and is currently working with Marks and Spencer.

Talking in Circles
Talking in circles’ is an exercise that is designed to improve communication and listening skills. A total of 6 teams participated with zeal in the event. Each team was asked to stand in circle around a long piece of ribbon tied at the ends to form a circle. The team was next asked to create shapes with the ribbon – square, triangle, rectangle, trapezium, parallelogram, hexagon, pentagon etc. To increase the difficulty level, the members were asked to shut their eyes and may be muted at different times.
