Management Development Programs (MDP) 2020-21
Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma delivered a training session on the topic’ Psychological Profiling & Access Controls’ to the Senior Security Officers of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Legislatures on June 1, 2021. The MDP was organised by the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training (Lok Sabha).
Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma conducted a training-cum-orientation session for Shri Ajay Vir Jakhar, Chairman of Bharat Krishak Samaj. The topic of the session was ‘Changing Dynamics of Modern Communications & The Role of Social Media in It’ On November 16, 2020. The purpose of this personalized training was to enhance Shri Jakhar’s communication skills, especially in social media management. This was in preparation for his role as Vice Chair for a significant track on Sustainable Consumption at the UN Food Systems Summit in 2021.

The event was organized by the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training (Lok Sabha) on October 9, 2020.
