Every year, the first-year students of Delhi School of Business are selected for the Summer Internship Program (SIP) during the summer placement week. This enables them to engage in a two-month internship during April and May. Each year, about 15 Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) are extended to these interns across diverse roles such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain Management. DSB’s Summer Internship Program provides students with invaluable real-world work experience. This SIP program helps the students of DSB to build their resumes and take the first step toward a successful career after graduation. However, the benefits of this internship program aren’t exclusive to students, businesses also derive substantial value from these programs. By engaging with interns, they gain access to a pool of potential future employees who already have some understanding of the company’s operations.

Our students have achieved remarkable success during their summer internships. Among them, Aryan Bhatt stood out by securing a prestigious Pre-Placement Offer (PPO), which highlights his exceptional abilities.

Several students were recognized for their outstanding performance and received generous stipends. For instance, Kishan Jain, Anita, Bhuvan Jindal, and Shriyanshu interned at LG and were awarded an impressive stipend of 50,000 INR. Similarly, Anupama Yadav and Bhavya Anand excelled at MDRA, earning a stipend of 10,000 INR. Additionally, Aman Goyal, Vanshika Gupta, Riya Ahuja, Sujal Jain, and Ritika Verma showcased their talent at Bajaj Capital and were rewarded with a stipend of 5,000 INR. Furthermore, Manika Sethi demonstrated exceptional skills at FIN Advantage, securing a stipend of 20,000 INR.
