Management Development Programs (MDP) 2024-25
Prof.(Dr.) Neerja Arora delivered a 3 day MDP at Powergird Corporation India Ltd. from 28th August -30th August 2024. The MDP included using tools for Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics. The training was conducted on MS-Excel and included creation of Dashboards on Power BI.
Prof.(Dr.) Rashmi Sharma was invited by Institute of Constitutional & Parliamentary Studies to deliver two online training sessions on ‘ Effective Communication Skills’ on July 27, 2024 and August 03, 2024.
Prof. Neerja Arora delivered a 1 day Training program to Managers at Tata Power DDL on 23rd August, 2024. The Training was generating on impactful visualisations and Dashboards through Power BI. It also emphasized on drawing insights about Business Performance through these Dashboards
Prof. (Dr.) Rashmi Sharma delivered an informative training session on ‘Women in Leadership League’ to the women managers of Tata Power DDL on 23rd July 2024. Her encouraging session guided and motivated the participants leading them towards greater ambition. The engaging discussion also provided usable techniques for overcoming challenges and excelling in leadership roles.

The sessions provided tools for improving communicational skills, fostering strong team dynamics, and building healthy interpersonal relations
