1. About IRC at DSB
The International Relations Centre (IRC) at Delhi School of Business is the institutional platform driving the internationalisation of management education at the School. It serves as the nodal body for all global engagements — academic collaborations, student mobility, immersion programmes, faculty exchange, and cross-border research — ensuring DSB’s international outreach is strategic, coherent, and aligned with its vision of producing globally competent management professionals. The IRC reflects DSB’s belief that classroom learning must be complemented by direct exposure to international business environments and multicultural professional settings.
2. Vision of IRC in the Future
The IRC envisions positioning DSB as a preferred partner among global business schools across Europe, Southeast Asia, and other emerging academic hubs, backed by a growing network of MoUs enabling student and faculty mobility, joint initiatives, and collaborative research. Key priorities include structured global immersion programmes, credit-transfer and dual-certification pathways, international faculty engagement, and jointly developed case studies. The long-term goal is for every DSB graduate to leave the programme with meaningful international exposure — enhancing their readiness for a globalised business world.
3. Functions to be Performed by IRC
- Institutional Partnerships: Identifying and formalising MoUs with international universities and business schools.
- Global Immersion Programmes: Designing and executing international immersion modules, industry visits, and cultural exchanges for MBA students.
- Student Mobility: Facilitating exchange programmes, credit mapping, and pre-departure support.
- Faculty Collaboration: Enabling faculty visits, guest lectures, and joint research with partner institutions.
- Curriculum Internationalisation: Benchmarking DSB’s curriculum against global best practices.
- Global Representation: Representing DSB at international academic forums and conferences.
- Documentation & Logistics: Managing MoU documentation, correspondence, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Student Engagement: Mobilising and mentoring the International Relations Student Committee (IRSC).
- Communication: Maintaining the IRC website section, newsletters, and outreach materials.

The Chairperson provides strategic direction and leads institutional representation, while the Members drive execution across partnership outreach, programme design, and student coordination. The IRC is assisted by the International Relations Student Committee (IRSC) a body of student volunteers who support event coordination, peer outreach, and on-ground execution of international programmes under faculty guidance.
Together, the IRC and IRSC form a unified mechanism to advance DSB’s global footprint and enrich the international learning experience of its students.
