Dr. K. Thriveni Kumari is having 22 years of teaching experience in Management Sciences.  She did her Post-Doctoral Research in OB at IIM Calcutta, Ph.D. in HRM at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, M.Phil in HRM at Annamalai University, MBA, PGDFM and B.Com at Acharya Nagarjuna University and HR Analytics program from IIM Kozikode, AI in HRM from SWYAN courses (MOOC)

• She authored one book, 14 book chapters (one Scopus), 41 research articles published in ABDC – B (2), C (3), SCOPUS (15), Web of Sciences (12), UGC-Recognized (12), and peer-refereed journals. Out of these published, 35 articles as first author out of which 19 articles were published as single author and one which is in Q1 Scopus.
• She attended 23 international and national conferences out of which one paper had won Best Paper Award, another presented at Saint Mary’s University, Manila, Philippines, funded by the UGC travel grant commission.
• She received award of Certificate of Scholastic Distinction from National Institute of Personnel Management, Karnataka Chapter on 14^th June 2024 for her extensive work of publishing articles.
• She is the editor for the book “Research Trends in Management: Recent Trends Opportunities and Challenge”
• Editor for the journal “Applied Management Perspectives” and also editor for special issues released by International Journal of Economic Perspectives (ABDC-C) for the international conference organized by Delhi School of Business, Delhi on January 16^th and 17^th
• Also, she is the reviewer of national and international journals.
• She had successfully guided 02 PhD Scholars and around 250 MBA projects under various universities.
• Worked with funded project from Presidency University and from ICSSR and NCW.
• A part of academics, she had been convener for 3 international, and 2 national conferences, and also conducted various workshops and FDP’s.
• Had been program director and resource person for one day workshop on Application of AI Tools in Human Resource Management on 20^th February 2026 with the participants both from industry and academic all over India.
• She had been trainer and resource person, key speaker and panel expert in management events held nationally.
• She has also been invited as external examiner for PhD by Sikkim Central University, Gangtok, Sikkim and Presidency University, Bangalore.
• She had undertaken administrative responsibilities as HOD, NACC coordinator, NBA coordinator and IQAC chairperson.
