Delhi School of Business organized a special session on “From Data to Delight: Designing Seamless Customer Journeys” for the Batch 2024–2026 on 17th September 2025 at the 9th Floor, VIPS-TC DSB Campus. The session focused on leveraging data-driven insights to create meaningful and seamless customer experiences. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, students gained a deeper understanding of customer journey mapping and the strategic role of data in enhancing customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
