Having completed her PGDM from IIM, Calcutta in 1991, Neerja has worked as a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse. She has worked on various software projects in the Design, Development and Implementation stages at Ballarpur Industries and IBM. After gaining rich industry experience of 11 years, Neerja joined the education sector. She has been teaching Business Statistics, Operations Research, Business Research Methods, MIS and Data Analytics at various institutes, the notable ones being ShriRam College of Commerce (Global Business Operations), Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology and Infinity Business School. She is currently pursuing her PhD and her subject is the factors affecting usage of mobile apps in India. Her academic interests are Marketing Research and Big Data Analytics.
