CGPMET 2025 – Day 2 Highlights

Day 2 of CGPMET 2025, hosted by Delhi School of Business in collaboration with Lincoln University College, Malaysia, marked another significant milestone in the success of the international conference.

The day commenced with three highly informative HR technical sessions, covering diverse and contemporary themes such as green policies, modern HR practices, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement. These sessions encouraged meaningful dialogue and offered valuable insights into evolving human resource paradigms.

This was followed by three engaging finance panel discussions, where experts deliberated on economic growth, market volatility, financial accountability, and sustainability-driven finance. The discussions effectively bridged theoretical perspectives with real-world financial challenges and opportunities.

The conference then moved towards its valedictory session, which featured insightful addresses by:

The valedictory session reflected on the key learnings of the conference and emphasized the importance of global collaboration in management, technology, and sustainability.

The two-day international conference concluded on a celebratory note with the distribution of Best Paper Awards across all tracks, along with the presentation of certificates to paper presenters, marking a successful and impactful conclusion to CGPMET 2025.
